These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, applications, content, and services operated by The Stream Cast Network, including but not limited to https://streamcasthub.com and any other Stream Cast Network–operated websites or digital properties (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, including by creating an account or clicking “Sign Up,” you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or provided via electronic notice (including email or in-app notification).

Unless otherwise stated, changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

To use the Services, you must:

(a) Be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

(b) Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

(c) Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion.

Certain features of the Services require registration for an account (“Account”).

You agree that:

• You will not impersonate another person.
   
• You will not use a username that infringes the rights of others.
   
• You will not use offensive or inappropriate usernames.
   

You are solely responsible for all activity under your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You may delete your Account at any time by following instructions on the platform or contacting:

All content, software, branding, designs, media, and materials provided through the Services (“Platform Content”) are owned by or licensed to The Stream Cast Network and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for lawful, personal, or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

“User Content” means any content you upload, submit, or publish through the Services, including audio, video, text, images, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant The Stream Cast Network a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, display, reproduce, promote, and monetize such content in connection with operating the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to all User Content.
   
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
   
• Your content complies with all applicable laws.
   

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

If you participate in any monetization, advertising, sponsorship, or revenue-sharing programs offered by The Stream Cast Network, such participation is subject to additional terms, agreements, or platform rules, which may be provided separately.

We do not guarantee any specific level of revenue, audience size, or financial outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stream Cast Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Stream Cast Network, its officers, directors, affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your User Content
   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.
